Pet Bed and Breakfast Ottawa Location

Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa, the Pet Bed & Breakfast is very convenient and easy to find.

• Queensway (417) east, at the split stay left and follow the signs for Orleans/Rockland (Hwy 174)
• Take the Montreal Road exit, turn left onto Montreal Road, turn right on Shefford Road (at lights)
• Go down the hill, turn right on Canotek Road (at lights), follow the numbers
• Enter the 2 storey commercial condo complex on the right, enter between the 2 buildings - one marked with 5450 & other 5480 Canotek, go straight ahead to the building facing you farther in (big 5460 on that wall)
• Turn right and look for unit 101 on the orange door awning & orange sign on left hand side

The entrance door is always locked to ensure the safety of animals. Ring the doorbell during business hours for service.

The facility is staffed 7 days a week but the customer office hours are as follows:

The Customer Holiday Hours are as follows:  Closed Dec 24, 25, 26, 27, 31, Jan 1, 2, 3. Otherwise, the regular hours will apply.

• Monday to Friday: 9am to 11am, 1:30pm to 6pm
• Saturday: Closed (AS OF SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 12, 2009, we will no longer be open for customer pick-up or drop-offs)
• Sunday & Holidays: Closed to customers

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Starting after Labour Day, we will be greatly reducing the number of cats that we accept at any one time, to 50.  This number is less than half of my normal capacity.  I feel that during our busy periods, we simply don't have enough time to spend with each cat.  Therefore, it will be very important for people to book well in advance of their travel dates, as I am aware that I will need to refuse a great deal of business.  I will work on a first come, first served basis, for all reservations.

• I have updated my Vaccination Requirements, as of July 2009.  Please take a look at them to ensure that your cat is completely up to date on their arrival.  I now have more manatory requirements for all cats, indoor & outdoor.
